Hello Softinn PMS & Softinn Channel Manager subscriber! This video will be applicable to Softinn Channel Manager Subscribers only.

After you have mapped your OTAs with Softinn Channel manager, you could obtain your  OTAs’ guest credit card payment details through your Softinn PMS account.

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click ‘Reservation‘

Step 4 : Click on ‘OTA Booking Details’

Note :

1. By default, only the lodge owner will be able to view the OTA Booking Details page in PMS.
2.  It is up to the Lodge Owner to grant access to his internal team to view Booking Details page.

Step 5 : If you have the access but still not able to Booking Details page, this might be due to your network settings being on IPV 6.

Step 6 : To change this setting on your device, open the ‘Control Panel’ and go to the Network & Internet.

Step 7 : Then, click on ‘View Network Status and Tasks’. You will be directed to Setup Basic Network Information and Setting Connection page.

Step 8 : Click on the WiFi name you are currently connected to.

Step 9 : Select ‘properties’. Then, untick ‘Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)’ .Once done, click ‘OK’.

Note :

1. You might be disconnected from WiFi for a while but you will automatically be reconnected after several seconds. 
2. Refresh the OTA Booking details page and you will be able to access it.

Step 10 : To view the OTA booking payment details, click on the ‘eye’ icon.

Step 11 : Key In the access key. Only user with the access key would be able to view the booking payment details.

Note :

1. The Access key will be provided upon request only.
2. You could request the Access Key from Softinn by sending an email to account@mysoftinn.com.

Step 12 : After you keyed-in the Access key, click ‘Okay’ button to view the credit card details of the guest booked through OTAs.

Step 13 : Click on eye icon next to credit card number, key in the same Access Key to view the CVV number. Remember it as the CVV can only be viewed ONCE. 

Important Notes : Softinn will ONLY share the Access Key to the property’s owner or admin. For security purposes, the booking details for each reservation can only be seen once.

Step 14 : You also could track which user has open the OTAs Booking details page.

Step 15 : Click ‘Others‘ tab ,‘Report’, and then, click on ‘Activity log’.

Step 16 : On activity Log report, you could see ‘Who did what at when’.
