How Hotel Generates Group Invoice(s) in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS user!

You have checked-out multiple reservations and now you would like to generate invoices for those reservations.

Check out the video & guidelines below to find out how to generate invoices in bulk for multiple reservations using  Softinn PMS :

Steps to Generates Group Invoice(s) in Softinn PMS:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click ‘Reservation‘ to go to the reservation page

Step 4 : You will be able to generate the invoice after you’ve checked out the guest

Step 5 : To generate Group Invoice, click the “Generate group invoices” icon

  • You will see the notification box requesting you to select the reservation to generate tax invoices

Step 6 : Tick the reservations that you would like to generate invoices

Step 7 : Click the ‘Blue Tick‘ icon at the navigation bar on the right of your screen to proceed to generate invoices in bulk

Step 8 : Click ‘Yes, Generate Invoice(s) Now’

You’ve successfully generated invoices in bulk 🙂

Step 10 : Click the ‘Folio‘ icon to print or email the generated invoice

  • Click the ‘Arrow‘ icon beside the ‘Regenerate Invoice‘ button
  • ClickPrint Invoice‘ or ‘Email Invoice‘ button
