Scenario: You want to send a pre-configured booking link directly to a guest (via WhatsApp, email, or social media) or print a QR code for your front desk. Pre-filling details like room type, stay dates, guest count, or promo codes takes the guest straight to checkout with zero extra steps.

Steps to Build a Custom Booking Link Follow the steps below:

Phase 1: Access the Tool

• Step 1: Log in to your Softinn Booking Engine account and select the correct property.

• Step 2: Click on Tools & Plugin from the top navigation bar.

• Step 3: Under the Booking Link Builder section, click Use Now to open the builder page.

Phase 2: Configure Booking Details

• Step 4: On the left panel under Basic Booking Settings, select your desired Room Type (e.g., Deluxe Room).

• Step 5: Select a specific Rate Plan from the dropdown, or leave it as All Available Rates.

• Step 6: Click on the date field to choose your Check-in and Check-out dates.

• Step 7: Set the number of Adults and Children.

• Step 8: Under Marketing & Tracking, select a Source (e.g., Direct) to track where conversions come from.

• Step 9: (Optional) Attach a Promotion Code if you want a discount automatically applied when the guest opens the page.

• Step 10: Under Other Settings, toggle the Calendar Modal option if you want the date picker to pop up automatically upon page load.

Phase 3: Copy, Test, and Share

• Step 11: Review the right panel, where your Custom Deep Link and QR Code are generated in real-time.

• Step 12: Click Test URL to open the link in a new tab and verify the parameters.

• Step 13: Click Copy to share the URL directly via WhatsApp or email, OR click Download PNG to save the QR code for marketing materials.

Notes: The Calendar Modal setting will automatically be ignored by the system if you have already hardcoded specific stay dates or guest counts into the link builder.
