Hello Softinn BE Users!

Scenario: You want to brand your guest-facing pages (such as receipts, e-invoices, manage booking, feedback, and payment pages) with your property’s brand colors to ensure a cohesive and professional experience for your guests.

Steps to Customize the Guest Facing Header Follow the steps below:

Phase 1: Configure Theme Colors

  • Step 1: Log in to your Softinn Booking Engine account and select the correct property.

  • Step 2: Click on Other Setup from the main menu, then select Customize Guest Facing Pages.

  • Step 3: Under the Theme section, locate the Color and Text Color options.

  • Step 4: Click on the color picker under Color or manually type in your brand’s HEX color code (e.g., #00acc1).

  • Step 5: Select either Light or Dark for the Text Color, choosing whichever provides the best contrast and readability against your background color.

Phase 2: Preview and Save

  • Step 6: Review the Guest Facing Preview panel on the right side of the screen to see a live preview of your header.

  • Step 7: Use the dropdown menu at the top right of the preview panel to check how your header looks across different templates (e.g., Receipt, E-Invoice, Manage Booking, etc.).

  • Step 8: Once satisfied with your preview, click the Save button at the bottom right to apply the changes live.

Additional Actions

  • Discard Changes: Click Cancel if you want to undo your unsaved changes and stay on the current setup.

  • Reset Settings: Click Reset to Default at the bottom left if you ever want to revert all header customization back to the system’s original default colors.

Notes: Changing these header settings applies across all guest-facing touchpoints simultaneously, ensuring consistent branding from the moment guests make a payment to when they view their receipt or e-invoice.
