Hello  Softinn PMS users!

Hotel can now customize the notification time setting for new reservations on Softinn PMS.

With this setting set, a newly created reservation in PMS will be marked with a bell icon and the icon will last for a duration set by you.

Steps to Customize the Notification Setting for New Reservations on Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.

Step 2 : Select the right property.

Step 3 : Click on ‘Others‘.

Step 4: Go to ‘Setup‘ and click on ‘System Settings‘

• By default, only Lodge Owner and Lodge Manager have the access to edit the Default System Settings. Please contact your supervisor if you want access to edit these settings.

Step 5 : Tick on ‘Yes, mark newly created reservations‘.

Step 6 : Fill in the duration in minutes.

• The recently created reservations will be marked with a bell icon for the number of minutes you have set.

Step 6 : Click ‘Save Changes‘.

Note:

• The system will capture the changes made to the default preference settings.
• Click “View Activity Log” button to view ‘Who-Did-What-at-When’ for the changes in the System Settings.
