How to Edit Main Contact and Room Guest Details for Group Reservation in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS  users!

Let’s imagine that your hotel received a tour group reservation for 2 Villa Room. During the check-in process, you would like to update the company and guest details for this group reservation in Softinn PMS.

Steps to Edit Main Contact and Room Guest Details for Group Reservation in Softinn PMS:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “Reservation” and then, click “Manage Group Reservations

Step 4 : Look for the respective reservation and select the reservation

Step 5 : To edit the company details, click on the “Update Main Contact” icon and then click on “Edit Happy Tour & Travel Details” and edit or update the required company details

Step 6 : Once done, click “Assign Main Contact

Step 7 : To edit the room guest details, click “Option” menu icon and choose “Update Room Guests” option

Step 8 : Click “Edit Jessica Details” and update Jessica’s details accordingly.

Step 9 : You can add another room guest to a reservation, if any.

Step 10 : Once done, click “Save” button
