How to Add and Upkeep Guest Details in Softinn PMS

Hello  Softinn PMS  users! It is important for you to obtain personalized information for your hotel, such as an email address. This is useful for your hotel to do retargeting marketing campaigns to existing guests. Besides that, it brings convenience to your front desk when they create a reservation for those existing guests.

In  Softinn PMS, you can add and upkeep guest details.

Steps to Add and Upkeep Guest Details in Softinn PMS:


Follow the guidelines below:

FIRST Method: Add new guest details while creating a reservation for the guest

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click “Reservation” 

Step 4 : Click “Add New Reservation” and Insert the information

Step 5 : Tick “Add New?” and insert guest details

Step 6 : Click “Save Reservation” 

The place to view the record of guest details after created the reservation:

Step 1 : Click “Reservation” and find the created reservation

Step 2 : Click “Folio” icon to view the Guest Folio

You may click the Guest Name OR select “Click to Edit” to view or edit the guest details.

SECOND Method: Add new guest details on the “All Guest” page 

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click “Guest” 

Step 4 : Click “All Guest” 

Step 5 : Click “Add New Guest” and Insert the guest details

Step 6 : Click “Save Changes” 

You may click the Guest Name OR select “Click to Edit” to edit the guest details.

Steps to Export Guest Details in Softinn PMS:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Click “Guest” 

Step 2 : Click “All Guest” 

Step 3 : Click “Excel” 

Step 5 : Click “Yes, Export!”
