Hello Softinn PMS users!
Let’s imagine that your hotel received a tour group reservation for 2 Pool Chalet Room. During the check-in process, you would like to update the company and guest details in Softinn PMS.

Steps to Edit Room Guest Details for Group Reservation in Softinn PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property.
Step 3 : Click on the “Reservation”
Step 4 : Find the reservation that you want to edit the guest and company details. Click the “Edit” icon.
Step 5 : To edit the guest details, click “Edit Company Details”
Step 6 : Click “Yes, I want to edit it!” and edit the required details
Step 7 : To edit the guest details for the reservation under the Group, click “Arrow” icon for the room type, i.e: Pool Chalet room
Step 8 : Click “Guest Details” to view the room guest details
Step 9 : Click “Edit Guest Details” to edit the guest details
Step 10 : Click “Yes, I want to edit it!” and edit the required details
Step 11 : If you have not been adding a room guest to a reservation, you may proceed to add a room guest. Click “Guest Details” to add a room guest for the booking
Step 12 : If the guest never visits your Hotel, tick “Add New Guest” to add the contact details
Step 13 : Click “Save Reservation”
- Editing guest details will be updated when the reservation is saved.
- Guest will be added when reservation is saved
- Once you have updated the guest details, all the previous reservation records will be updated with the new details too.
