Guests have special request about their room (like Pool View, Sea View, Balcony..etc) upon booking or check-in? Don’t worry, by having room tag, you can easily assign rooms to your guests based on their special request.

Steps to Setup & Allocate Room Tag to Each of Your Rooms in Softinn PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS: https://pms.mysoftinn.com/
Step 2 : Click ‘SETUP’
Step 3 : Choose ‘Room’
Step 4 : Click on ‘Room Tag’
Step 5 : Click ‘Add Room Tag’
Step 6 : Create your own room tag. For example, link room, pool view or etc..
Step 7 : Then, you need to key in reference code and choose color for respective room tag. This allows you to search and differentiate your room tag more easily.
Step 8 : Repeat Step 5 to Step 7 to set up more room tag
To allocate difference Room Tags to different rooms
Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS: https://pms.mysoftinn.com/
Step 2 : Click ‘SETUP’
Step 3 : Choose ‘Room’
Step 4 : Click on ‘Room Type & No.’
Step 5 : Choose and click on the room type you want. Then, scroll down to view rooms for the respective room type
Step 6 : Choose which room you want to add tag. Then, you need to click on ‘pencil’ icon of respective room
Step 7 : Look for the ‘Tags’
Step 8 : Choose which tag you want to allocate for the room
Step 9 : Once done, click on ‘Save Changes’. By using room tag, you can now search and assign rooms upon your guest’s special request
**NOTE: You will not be able to allocate those tags which is on ‘inactive’ status. In other words, if you close the status of a room tag, then you will not be able to allocate the respective room tag to any rooms.
