How to Unblock Calendar to Receive Bookings

Hello Softinn Extranet user. You can unblock calendar on Softinn Extranet to receive more bookings now.

Steps to Unblock (Re-Open) Calendar to Receive More Bookings:


Follow the guidelines below:

There are 2 methods to do so:

Method 1: Unblock by One Click

Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2: Click “CALENDAR

Step 3: Choose the correct room type

Step 4: At the Calendar panel, Click ONCE on the date that you want to unblock

Step 5: Edit the unit as you wish & save changes

Step 6: Repeat the process for other room types, if any

(**NOTE: Maroon colour = BLOCKED)

 

Method 2: Unblock by Using Edit Availability Wizard

Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2: Click “CALENDAR

Step 3: At the “Edit Availability” wizard next to the Calendar, select the dates you want to Unblock for sales

Step 4: Then, click “Available” & click “More Setting

Step 5: You may opt-out some days of the week if you want to

Step 6: Select the room types you wish to unblock for the same dates

Step 7: Click “MAKE AVAILABLE
