How to Change Room for a Reservation in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS users! Guest request to change or upgrade room? Or, Guest is not satisfied with the room?

Don’t worry, updating and upgrading the room for a guest are with just a few clicks in Softinn PMS.

Steps to Change Room for a Reservation in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Go to “RESERVATION” tab to go to the reservation main page.

Step 4 : Look for the right reservation and click on the respective ‘Option‘ menu icon.

Step 5 : Click ‘Change Room’.

Step 6: The “Update Folio Reservation Details” window will pop up. From this pop-up window, you can update the room type and room number.

Step 7 : Subsequently, the room rates will be changed following the room rates of room type selected. Make sure the rate is correct.

Step 8 : Click on the “Save” button to save the changes.
