Hello Softinn CMS user. Your hotel may have recently changed the interior of hotel rooms. They now look stunning and you are to update the room photos to your hotel website. You can update those new room photos easily to your hotel website using Softinn CMS. Photo of other services provided by your hotel can be updated to the hotel website gallery page as well using Softinn CMS.

Steps to Update Photo of Hotel & Services on Your Hotel Website Using Softinn CMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet: https://booking.mysoftinn.com/

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on your email ID on the top right of the page.

Step 4 : Click “Go to CMS”.  You will be automatically logged-in to Softinn CMS.

Step 5 : Click “Photo”.

PART 1 : Updating a Room Type Photo

Step 1 : Click “Room Photo”

Step 2 : Choose Room Type (Eg: Single Room).

Step 3 : Click on “Click to upload”.

Step 4 : Click “Save”.

Step 5 : Open the hotel website to check for the uploaded photos.

Step 6 : Click “Gallery”.

Step 7 : Click “Room”. The photos are now in “Room” gallery.

Step 8 : Click “Rooms” and “Single Room”. The Photos appear as slides on “Single Room” page.

PART 2 : Updating Hotel Services Photo

Step 1 : After logging in into CMS, click “Photo”. 

Step 2 : Click “Facilities Photo”.

Step 3 : Scroll down and click “Click to upload”.

Step 4 : Click “Save”.

Step 5 : Open the hotel website.

Step 6 : Click “Gallery”.

Step 7 : Click “Facility”. The photos are now in “Facility” gallery.

Nice and updated photos to your hotel website would look attractive and convincing to your guest.
