Hello Softinn PMS user. 

As a Hotel Manager, you would like to know your hotel Occupancy rate, ADR, & RevPAR for any given current or future date. From the Occupancy Report & Forecast, you will be able to know and forecast your room occupancy & its revenue.

Steps to View Occupancy Report & Forecast in PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property.

Step 3 : Click on “OTHERS”.

Step 4 : Choose “REPORT”

Step 5 : Click “Occupancy Report & Forecast“

Step 6 :This Occupancy Report & Forecast data is generated based on the Folio Applicable Date

Step 7 : You could choose to view the report daily, weekly, or monthly. In this example, I will choose to view the report by “Monthly”

Step 8 : You could choose to view the revenue on this report based on the Amount Before Tax or Amount After Tax. In this example, I will choose to view based on Amount Before Tax.

Step 9 : You could filter to view the report for which room type, if you want to

• In the first chart, you would know the revenue and occupancy rate by each day of the month
• The second graph shows you the ADR, RevPAR, and Occupancy by each date
• In the last graph, you could compare the Revenue and Occupancy Rate by each date with the Previous Year, Previous Month and over a quarter
• In the last part of this report, you could view the data by Date in the table

Step 10 : You may export the table in excel by clicking the “Excel” icon
