Hello Softinn PMS user. Would you like to know how your accommodation has been performing? You’ll be able to know it by looking at the occupancy rate of your hotel or homestay.
With Softinn PMS, the occupancy report allows you to view the number of rooms of a particular room type that have been occupied by guests over the total room available through a period of time.

Steps to View Occupancy Report in PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.
Step 2 : Select the right property.
Step 3 : Click on “REPORT”.
Step 4 : Choose “Occupancy”.
Step 5 : Click the “Filter” icon for Room Type selection.
Step 6 : Select a date range in the date box column (Eg. 1/8 to 31/8).
Step 7 : Click “Select a Room Type”.
Step 8 : Choose the Room Type of your interest.
Step 9 : Click “Apply”. You can view the occupancy details of the room type selected.
Step 10 : At the bottom right of the page, choose number of results per page.
Step 11: Then click the “Refresh” icon.
Step 12 : Click on different room types on Room Type Selection for multiple room types Occupancy Report.
Step 13: Then click “Apply”.
Step 14 : At the bottom right of the page, click the “Excel” icon to download the report.
Step 15: Click “Yes, Generate!”. The Excel file of the Occupancy Report will be downloaded to your computer.
