How Hotel Sends Reservation Pre-Arrival Web Check-In Email to Guest in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS user!

In  Softinn PMS, Hotel needs to send the pre-arrival web check-in email to the guest before the guest could perform the pre-arrival web check-in process.

Steps to Sends Reservation Pre-Arrival Web Check-In Email to Guest:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “Reservation” to go to the reservation page

Step 4 : Search for the respective reservation and click “Option” menu icon

Step 5 : Select “Send Web Check-In

After you have sent it, your guest will receive an email to perform the Pre-Arrival Web Check-In process.

Note : For guest contacts without an email address, the “Send Web Check-In” button will not be clickable because the guest’s email address is not available in your PMS.

Step 5 : To update the email address, click “Option” menu icon

Step 6 : Click “Update Main Contact

Step 7 : Update “Main Contact window” will pop-up. Then, click on the “Edit Leo Details” and insert the guest’s email address.

Step 8 : Click on the “Assign Main Contact”

After that, the “Send Web Check-In” icon is clickable and you’re able to send the pre-arrival check-in email invitation to your guest now.
