Setup Pre-Arrival Check-In in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS user!

Steps to Setup Pre-Arrival Check-In in Softinn PMS:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “OTHERS“, and click “SETUP

Step 4 : Click “Design” and click “Pre-Arrival Check-In

Step 5 : On the Reservation Pre-Arrival Check-In Service setup page, you could :

  • Setup the no. of hours prior to the arrival of your guest for your guest to start doing a pre-arrival web check-in
  • Setup the required documents your guest need to submit during the pre-arrival web check-in process

Step 6 : Once done, click “Save Changes

NOTE: By Default, only Lodge Owner has the access to update the Pre-Arrival Check-In Setup.

Steps to Grant the Access to Pre-Arrival Check-In Setup:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Click “MORE” and click “Manage User

Step 3 : Click “Manage Role” button

Step 4 : Go to PMS section and go to Pre-Arrival Check-In Design and tick to grant the access

Step 5 : Once done, click “Save Changes” button
