How Hotel Sends Reservation Pre-Arrival Web Check-In Email to Guest in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS user!

In  Softinn PMS, Hotel needs to send the pre-arrival web check-in email to the guest before the guest could perform the pre-arrival web check-in process.

Steps to Sends Reservation Pre-Arrival Web Check-In Email to Guest:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “Reservation

Step 4 : Click on the “envelope” icon to initiate an email to your guest

After you have sent it, your guest will receive an email to perform the Pre-Arrival Web Check-In process.

Note : For guest contacts without an email address, the “envelope” icon will not light up because the guest’s email address is not available in your PMS

Step 5 : To update the email address, click “OTHERS

Step 6 : Click “GUEST” and click “All Guest

Step 7 : Search the guest name and click “Click to Edit” button

Step 8 : Insert the email address and click “Save Changes” button

After that, the “envelope” icon is clickable and you’re able to send the pre-arrival check-in email invitation to your guest now.
