How to Bulk Delete Housekeeping Tasks on Softinn Task

On Softinn Task, you can bulk delete multiple housekeeping tasks at once, instead of deleting them one by one.

Scenario: Imagine that you want to remove several duplicate or outdated tasks from the Housekeeping List.

Let’s check out this video to find out how to bulk delete housekeeping tasks on Softinn Task.

Step 1: Log in to Softinn Task and select the correct property.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Front Desk’ tab and select the tasks you want to delete, such as several duplicate or outdated tasks.

Step 3: Once tasks are selected, a bar will appear at the bottom of the page. Click ‘Delete’.

Step 4: A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you’re sure you want to delete the selected tasks. Click ‘Yes, delete it!’ to confirm.

Note: Bulk delete is permanent, and deleted tasks cannot be recovered.
