Hello Softinn Task Users!

On Softinn Task, you can view the Housekeeper Performance Summary to track each housekeeper’s task completion.

Scenario: You want to check how many tasks Syafiqq has completed this month, and view the details of those completed tasks.

Let’s check out this video to find out how to view the Housekeeper Performance Summary in Softinn Task.

Step 1: Log in to Softinn Task and select the correct property.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Report’ tab and click on ‘Housekeeper Performance Summary’.

Step 3: At the top of the page, you’ll see a summary of Total Tasks, Completed, and Incomplete tasks.

Step 4: Below that, the list shows each housekeeper’s Completion Rate, along with the number of Completed, Incomplete, and Total tasks, as well as their Average Cleaning Time in minutes.

Step 5: By default, the list shows data for ‘This Month’, but you can click the search bar to switch to ‘Last Month’, or click ‘Clear Filter’ to reset it.

Note: You can also click ‘Advanced Filter’ to filter the list by Date Range or by specific Housekeepers.

Note: The blue highlighted numbers under ‘Completed’ can be clicked to open that housekeeper’s completed tasks in detail.

Step 6: Going back to our scenario, click on the blue number under ‘Completed’ for Syafiqq to view their completed tasks.

Step 7: On the ‘Completed Tasks’ pop-up, you’ll see a list of tasks grouped by date, showing the room photo, completion time, room number, and room type for each task.

Step 8: You can also export the performance report by clicking the vertical ellipsis button, then choosing ‘Generate Excel’ or ‘Generate PDF’.
