Hello Softinn CMS user. Are you looking into updating existing promotion info to your hotel website? You can easily edit your promotion info using Softinn CMS.

You can edit the promotion campaign dates, check-in dates tied to the promotion, the arrangement of promotion display on your hotel website and more.

Steps to Edit Promotion Info to Your Hotel Website using Softinn CMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

PART 1: Login to Softinn CMS

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet: https://booking.mysoftinn.com/

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on your email ID on the top right of the page.

Step 4 : Click “Go to CMS”.  You will be automatically logged-in to Softinn CMS.

PART 2: Edit Promotion Info on CMS

Step 1 : Click “Promotion”

Step 2 : Click “Edit Promotion” button of the Promotion you’d like to edit.

Example 1: Edit for Unlimited Promotion Period

Step 1 : Click “Edit Promotion” button.

Step 2 : Click “Clear” for no date limits on Campaign/Booking Period.

Step 3 : Click “Clear” for Check-in Period.

Step 4:  Click “Save Changes”.

Step 5: Open your Hotel Website to check for the edited Promotion.

Step 6 : Select check-in dates for the promotion (Eg: 1/10/2019 – 31/01/2021).

Step 7 : Click “Promotion”. The Promotion is displayed on Promotion Page. No Booking Dates or Check-in Dates are shown.

All good!

Example 2 : Setting for Upcoming Promotion Campaign Dates

Step 1 : Click “Edit Promotion” button.

Step 2 : Update your Description accordingly

Step 3 : Set the Campaign/Booking Period as upcoming dates (Eg: 1/11/2019 to 31/1/2020).

Step 4 :  Set check-in dates or click “Clear”  

Step 5 :  Click “Save Changes”.

Step 6 : Open your Hotel Website to check for the edited Promotion.

Step 7 : Click “Promotion”. The November Promotion is not displayed because we are still in October.

Example 3 : Sorting the Promotion Display on Your Website

Step 1 : Drag & drop the Promotion according to the display order that you want.

Step 2 : Click “Update Order”.

Step 3 : Open your Hotel Website to check for the edited Promotion.

Step 4 : Click “Promotion”. The edited Promotion now appears as the first Promotion.
