How to Add Special Promotion Info to Your Hotel Website Using Softinn CMS

Hello Softinn CMS user. Are you looking into adding a new promotion info to your hotel website? You can do so using Softinn CMS.

When setting the promotion dates, do expect only promotion campaigns set during the current month will be displayed on the website. For example, during October, only promotions with dates that fall in October will be shown on the website. This is to ensure no outdated promotion will be displayed.

Steps to Add Promotion Info to Your Hotel Website Using CMS:


Follow the guidelines below:

PART 1: Login to Softinn CMS

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet: https://booking.mysoftinn.com/

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on your email ID on the top right of the page.

Step 4 : Click “Go to CMS”.  You will be automatically logged-in to Softinn CMS.

PART 2: Add Promotion Info on CMS

Step 1 : Click “Promotion”

Step 2 : Click “Add Promotion” 

Step 3 : Insert Promotion Name

Step 4:  Insert Promotion Description

Step 5: Click the “Date Box” to select Campaign dates (Eg: 1/10/2019 – 31/01/2021).

Step 6 : Select check-in dates for the promotion (Eg: 1/10/2019 – 31/01/2021).

Step 7 : Upload Promotion Photo.

Step 8 : Insert Call to Action Words.

Step 9 : Insert the URL link for Call to Action button.

Step 10 : Click “Save Changes”. The Promotion is now in the Promotion List.

Step 11 : Open your Hotel Website to look at the Promotion Page. 

Step 12: Click “Promotion”. The new Promotion is now on display.

Step 13: Check that the Call to Action button URL is working

Only Promotion during current month’s dates will be displayed on website.

Keep your loyal guest excited by adding more promotion info to your website.
