How to Report and Manage Lost & Found on Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS user! Have you had cases where your housekeeper found some lost items while doing housekeeping?

Steps to Report and Manage for Lost & Found on Softinn PMS


Follow the guidelines below:

When a housekeeper finds a lost item, he/she can make a report on Softinn PMS.

Step 1 : Housekeeper login to Softinn PMS using mobile or PC.

Step 2 : Click “Lost & Found” button.

Step 3 : Select the location where the item was found.

Step 4 : Describe the details of the item.

Step 5 : Click on the box to upload photo of the item or drag the photo into the upload box. Or the housekeeper can take the photo and upload directly (if he login using smart phone).

Step 6 : Click “Save Changes”, and a report has been created.

Once a lost & found report was made, Front Desk Officer will….

(i) check the lost Item report on Softinn PMS by going to “Housekeeping” to and then Select “Lost and Found”

(ii) Once the item is returned to its owner, front desk officer clicks “Case Settled” button. This report will be kept in the Lost and Found list, as a record for future reference.
