Steps to Perform Bulk Cancellation from Manage Group Reservation Page on Softinn PMS :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1: Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2: Select the correct property

Step 3: Click on ‘Reservation‘

Step 4: Then, click on ‘Manage Group Reservations‘

Step 5: Click on the ‘Bulk actions for all rooms’ and select ‘Cancel Reservations’

Step 6: On ‘Cancellation Page”, you can select all reservations

Step 7: Once done, click ‘Save‘

The reservations have been cancelled successfully. The status of the reservation will show “Cancelled”.

**Note:

During the cancellation process, you must not close the tab; otherwise, the process will be aborted
This action is not reversible.
You cannot cancel a reservation that had been checked in.
