Hello Softinn PMS users!
Imagine that your hotel has received a group tour reservation for 2 nights. They requested to amend the check-in date for all rooms under their group reservation.

Steps to Do Bulk Move Dates from Manage Group Reservation Page:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Click “Reservation” and then, click on “Manage Group Reservations”
Step 4 : Look for the respective reservation and select the group reservation
Step 5 : Click on the “Bulk actions for all rooms” and select “Move to Other Dates”
Step 6 : From the “Move to Other Dates” pop up window, update the new check-in date
- The new check-out date will be changed automatically
Step 7 : On the “Daily Rate Setting“, you could choose to keep daily rates or update daily rates based on rate plan
Step 8 : Click “Submit Request” button
