Bulk Extend Stay from Manage Group Reservation Page in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS users!

Imagine that your hotel has received a group tour reservation for 2 nights, but they requested to extend the stay by 1 night for all rooms under their group reservation

Steps to Do Bulk Extend Stay from Manage Group Reservation Page:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “Reservation” and then, click on “Manage Group Reservations”

Step 4 : Look for the respective reservation and select the group reservation

Step 5 : Click on the “Bulk actions for all rooms” and select “Extend Stay”

Step 6 : From the “Extend Stay for All Rooms” pop up window, insert the number of nights the guest request to extend

Step 7 : For the rates for additional nights, select to follow the last charge in the guest folio, follow rate plan or insert the rates manually.

Step 8 : Click “Save” button.

Step 9 : You may click on the “View Folio” to view the changes made
