Hello Softinn PMS user. Received bookings from different booking source / OTA like Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb? Wondering how to setup booking source in Softinn PMS?

Steps to Set up Booking Source in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Click on ‘SETUP’

Step 3 : Choose ‘General’

Step 4 : Click on ‘Booking Source’

Step 5 : You will see a list of booking sources which created by Softinn PMS System. You can click ‘eye’ icon to view detail

*NOTE: For existing merchant who uses Softinn Booking Engine (BE), you are not able to see the ‘pencil’ icon. This is because Softinn BE & PMS are synced and it had pre-filled the details for you. You can only choose to view details or close/open the status.

Step 6 : For other booking sources, you still can edit details. Click on ‘pencil’ icon to edit detail, key in the commission charged by the respective booking source. Choose whether the commission is charged on a percentage basis or on a flat rate basis.

Step 7 : ‘Save Booking Source’ once done

*NOTE: If you have stopped selling your rooms on a respective OTA, you can then close the status of that booking source. By doing so, it means that you will not be able to assign that booking source to any new upcoming bookings

Step 8 : Click ‘Add Booking Source’ if you receive bookings other than the booking source which created by Softinn System

Step 9 : Key in all the required information

Step 10 : ‘Save Booking Source’ once done
