How to Stop Sell On OTA using Softinn Channel Manager

Softinn Channel Manager is integrated with Softinn PMS, allowing OTA actions such as stop sell to be performed directly from the PMS.

Scenario: Your hotel wants to temporarily stop sell rooms on OTA due to high walk-in demand. You can apply stop sells for selected dates, room rates, or days.

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to the Inventory page.

Step 2 : Click on the “Quick Update” button.

Step 3 : Choose Stop Sell for the setting.

Step 4 : Enable the stop sell.

Step 5 : Then, choose the preferred date range.

Step 6 : Select the days for the stop sell to be applied.

You can tick or untick the weekday and weekend based on your preferences.

Step 7 : Continue by selecting the room rates that you want to stop sell.

Step 8 : Once done, click on the “Update” button to save.

Red color means Stop Sell has been applied to the selected date range.

Note : The update has been pushed to OTA meaning the rooms are not available to be booked from OTA.
