Scenario : Different rates need to be set up for Public Holidays due to higher demand.

Steps to Update Rates for Public
Holidays in PMS :
Follow the guidelines below :
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.
Step 2 : Select the correct property.
Step 3 : Go to the Inventory page.
Step 4 : First, you can view the list of Public Holidays by clicking on the “Holidays” button.
Step 5 : Here, you can refer to the list of holidays before proceeding with the rates update.
Step 6 : Click on the “Quick Update” button.
Step 7 : Choose Rates for the setting.
Step 8 : Enter the rate amount.
Step 9 : Select the preferred date range.
Step 10 : Tick on the Apply to public holidays only.
Step 11 : Then, hover over the “i” icon to view the applicable Public Holidays for the selected date range.
Step 12 : Next, select the room rates based on your preferences.
You can click on the “Add More” button to add other updates if any. You are allowed to add up to 5 sections to make the updates.
Step 13 : Once done, click on the “Update” button to save.
The rates have been successfully updated for the applicable public holidays.
