Hello Softinn PMS users!
Scenario: You have 20 Standard Rooms in total. Due to maintenance, 5 rooms will be closed, reducing the available rooms to 15.

Steps to Update Availability on OTA in
Softinn PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1: Go to the Inventory page.
Step 2: Click on the “Quick Update” button.
Step 3: Choose Availability for the setting.
Step 4: Then, enter the new availability.
Step 5: Choose the date range for this new availability to be applied.
Step 6: Select the preferred days.
You can tick or untick the weekdays or weekends based on your preferences.
Step 7: Select the room rates.
You may select more than one room rates if needed.
Step 8: You can click on the “Add More” button to add more updates.
You are allowed to add up to five sections to do the update.
Step 9: Once done, click on the “Update” button to save the changes.
The availability for the selected room rate has been updated to 15 for the selected date range.
Note: If you are using STAAH or SiteMinder Channel Manager, kindly check the channel manager to ensure the update is reflected correctly. You may also double check on the OTA Extranet.
