Scenario : Your hotel wants to change room rates for certain dates. To make sure the updated rates appear correctly on OTA platforms, the rates need to be updated in the PMS Inventory page.

Steps to Update Rates on OTA in Softinn
PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1: Go to the Inventory page.
Step 2: Click on the “Quick Update” button.
Step 3: Choose Rates for the setting.
Step 4: Enter the rate amount that you would like to update.
Step 5: Select the preferred date range.
Step 6: Choose the days that you would like to apply.
Note: You can tick or untick the weekend or weekday based on your preference.
Step 7 : Select the room rates.
You may select more than one room rate if needed.
Step 8 : You can click on the “Add More” button to add another section for other updates if any.
You are allowed to add up to five sections to do the updates.
Step 9 : Once done, click on the “Update” button to save the changes.
Notice that the rates for the selected room has been successfully updated based on the selected date range.
You may check whether the changes have been reflected correctly on the OTA extranet or not.
