Steps to Update Rates for Weekdays and

Weekends in Softinn PMS :

Follow the guidelines below :

Scenario 1 : New weekday rates need to be updated for certain room rates.

Step 1 : Login to the PMS.

Step 2 : Select the correct property.

Step 3 : Click on the “Quick Update” button.

Step 5: Choose Rates for the settings.

Step 6 : Enter the rate amount.

Step 7 : Select the date range to apply the new rates.

Step 8 : Tick on the Apply to selected days

Step 9 : Then, click on the “Weekdays” button to auto-select the weekdays only.

Step 10 : Then, select the preferred room rates.

Step 11 : You can click on the “Add More” button to add other updates if any.

Note : You can add up to 5 sections to do the updates.

Step 12 : Once done, click on the “Update” button.

Step 13 : The weekday rates have been successfully updated to 250 for the selected date range.

Scenario 2 : Weekends are usually busier, so higher room rates need to be set.

Step 1 : Go to the Inventory page.

Step 2 : Then, click on the “Quick Update” button.

Step 3 : Choose Rates for the settings.

Step 4 : Enter the rate amount.

Step 5: Select the date range to apply the rates.

Step 6 : Tick on the Apply to selected days.

Step 7: Then, click on the “weekend” button to auto-select the weekend only.

Step 8 : Select the preferred room rates.

Step 9 : Once done, click on the “Update” button.

Step 10 : The weekend rate has been updated to 300 based on the selected date range.
