Hello Softinn PMS user! Let’s imagine that your guests make booking directly from your official website through Softinn Booking Engine. You would like to automatically sync the reservation received from Softinn Extranet to Softinn PMS.

Steps to Sync a Reservation Received from Softinn Extranet to Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click ‘Setup‘

Step 4 : Click ‘All Setup‘

Step 5 : Click ‘PMS x BE Sync Settings‘

Step 6 : Go to ‘Softinn Booking Engine Setting‘

Step 7 : Tick on the checkbox on “Bookings & Allotments” section.’ and then Save Changes

Therefore, whenever you received a reservation from Softinn Booking Engine, it will be synced with Softinn PMS.

Let’s imagine your guest is making a booking directly from your official website through Softinn Booking Engine. A reservation will be auto reflected in the ‘Booking‘ section after your guest has made the payment. To view the list of bookings received from your official website, click ‘Booking‘ on your Extranet account. And this reservation will also be auto-synced to your Softinn PMS account under “RESERVATION” page.

Note : 

• Booking Source will show Softinn
• The room no will be auto assigned for the reservation whenever there a number of rooms left for the room type
• OTA Reservation No. will be the same as the RV code shown in Softinn Extranet
