How to Sync Allotment from Softinn PMS to Softinn Booking Engine

Hello  Softinn PMS  users! This video and guidelines will be useful for Softinn PMS user who is also using Softinn Booking Engine (BE).

In Softinn PMS, you can sync the allotment from Softinn PMS to Softinn Booking Engine.

You will be able to update the allotment from Softinn PMS to Softinn Booking Engine(Extranet) :

Softinn PMS Softinn Extranet
1. Reservation Added
2. Reservation Cancelled
3. Cleaning / Maintenance Work Added
4. Cleaning / Maintenance Work Removed

Steps to Sync Allotment From Softinn PMS to Softinn BE:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click ‘Setup

Step 4 : Click ‘General

Step 5 : Click ‘General Settings

Step 6 : Find ‘Softinn Booking Engine Settings

Step 7 : Tick the box to select the settings

Step 8 : Scroll up and click ‘Save Changes

Notes : 

  1. After you turned on the Sync, any new update in Allotment & Room Availability on Softinn PMS will be synced to Softinn BE’s Calendar Page.
  2. Those Reservation & Cleaning/Maintenance task that was created in Softinn PMS before you turn on the Sync will NOT be updated to Softinn BE
