After you have completed this mapping, the paid booking received from Softinn Booking Engine, the payment will be automatically added to the reservation’s guest folio in Softinn PMS.

Steps to do Payment Account Mapping for Softinn Direct Bookings in PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
First of all, make sure that you have set up the payment method and payment account on the PMS Payment Method page.
Step 2 : Then, to do the BE Payment Account mapping, navigate to “Setup”, then select “All Setup”, and look for “PMS x BE Sync Settings“.
Step 3: You will see BE Payment Collection section.
Step 4: Tick the Checkbox to enable the BE payment collection sync.
Step 5 : From the “Payment Method” and “Payment Account”, you will see a list of the payment method and accounts that you set up on the Payment Method setting page
Step 6 : Select the correct payment method and payment account for the booking received from Softinn BE.
In this example, I choose “Corporate Account” as the Payment Method and “Softinn” as the Payment Account.
Step 7 : Once done, click on the “Save” button
Let me demonstrate with an example. After the BE payment collection mapping is done and the “Sync” is enabled, when there is a booking received from Softinn BE, the reservation will be auto-created in PMS.
You shall see from the Reservation main page, the booking pushed in is with “Softinn” as the booking source. In the guest folio, you shall see that the payment transaction has been automatically added into the guest folio for you, with the right “Payment Account” that you have mapped to.
Let’s set up the payment account mapping for Softinn Direct Booking, and the payment will be automatically added for you into the guest folio when the BE bookings are synced into PMS.
