Hello Softinn PMS user!

On Softinn New PMS Report Landing Page, we have 3 main report buckets which are:

1. Daily Report
2. Manager Report
3. Accounting Report

As a hotel manager, you can grant access to your hotel staff to view the PMS reports in Softinn PMS . By default, all users are given access to view all the reports.

Steps to Restrict the Access to PMS Reports:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn Extranet 

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “More”

Step 4 : Click on the “Manage User”

Step 5 ; Click on the “Manage Role” button

Step 6 : Select the role that you want to restrict the access

Step 7 : On the PMS section, untick on the “Report” part. You can untick to restrict the access to all reports or certain reports only

Step 8 : Click on the “Save Changes” button
