How to Customise Payment Gateway Labels & Icons on Extranet

Hi fellow Subscribers! So you have already chosen to self-collect your booking payment using payment gateway? Great! But do you know that you are able to select your own payment gateway labels and icons that will appear to your guest on your payment page?

Icons of credit cards like Mastercard and Visa, e-Wallets such as Grabpay and Boost, and online banking like FPX, Maybank2U and more are available for you to choose. Your guests can easily click on these icons while making payment for bookings on your property.

Steps to Customise Payment Gateway Labels & Icons on Extranet:


Follow the guidelines below: 

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet: https://booking.mysoftinn.com/

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on “MORE”

Step 4 :  Choose “Payment Gateway Settings”

Step 5 : Make sure you’ve already selected “Collected by You (Using Payment Gateway)” booking payment collection method. 

Step 6: Click on a payment gateway. For example, click on “eGHL”. 

Step 7: Scroll down to “Payment Button Customization”

Step 8: Insert your label for payment gateways that you are using. For example, you only accept credit cards for your booking payment. Then you may write “Credit Card” as your payment gateway label. 

The changes you made will appear in the preview. Observe that the label has changed to “Credit Card” in the preview.

Step 9: Select or deselect payment gateway icons. For example, select icons for Visa & Mastercard as they are both Credit Cards.

Selected icons will appear in the preview.

Step 10: Click “Save”.

Step 11: Click “Test” to test the payment page.

On the payment page, your guest will see the same payment gateway label and icons that appear in the preview.

Remember to select only icons that you use as your payment gateway.
