Hello Softinn PMS user! What could you do on your PMS when guest requested to extend their room nights?

Steps to Extend Room Nights for Guest in PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS: https://booking.mysoftinn.com/pms
Step 2 : Select the right property.
Step 3 : Click “Reservation”.
Step 4 : Select the right guest reservation.
Step 5 : Click the “Edit” icon.
Step 6 : Extend by editing the Check-out date.
Step 7 : Assign back the same Room Type. System will auto-assign the same room number that your guest is staying now.
Step 8 : Change the total charge in order to reflect the amount for existing night + extended night.
Step 9 : Click “Save Reservation”.
Step 10 : Click the Guest Folio.
Step 11 : You will see there is an outstanding payment for the extended night. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add Payment”.
Step 12 : Insert the amount for the extended night.
Step 13 : Then, select the right payment method made by guest.
Step 14 : Select the correct payment account.
Step 15 : Add remarks, if any, for better description or record for yourself.
Step 16 : Click “Save Payment”. After added payment for the extended night, you will find the outstanding balance has become 0 by now.
Step 17 : You may choose to download and print Guest Folio & Receipt, if you want to.
