How to Extend Stay in Softinn PMS

How to Extend the Stay in Softinn PMS

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click on “Reservation” to go to the reservation main page.

Step 4 : Firstly, you can click on the “Option” menu icon and then, select “Extend Stay”.

Step 5 : After that, the “Extend Stay” window will pop up. From this pop-up window, you can update how many nights the guest requested to extend.

Step 6 : Subsequently, the new check-out date will be displayed, and you need to make sure the daily rate is correct for the additional night added.

Step 7 : Then, click on the “Save” button to save the changes.
