Steps to Cancel A Reservation in PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Click “Reservation”

Step 3 : After you have found the reservation that you want to cancel, click the “Option” menu icon

Step 4 : Click “Cancel Reservation”

Step 5 : The “Cancel Reservation” window will pop up. 

• Fill in the reason for the booking cancellation
• You may choose to reverse the room charges, if needed.

Step 6 : Click “Save” to save the changes. 

Step 7 : The reservation has cancelled successfully. The status of the reservation will show “Cancelled”.

**NOTE:

1. This action is not reversible.
2. You cannot cancel a reservation that had been checked in.
