Hello Softinn PMS user! After guest check-in and check-out, you’ll be preparing receipt and invoice for each reservation. You can easily generate, print and even email them directly to your guest. It’s highly advisable to email a copy of the receipt & invoice for your guest instead of printing so we can save more trees. But how can you do that through Softinn PMS?

Steps to Generate, Print & Email Receipt & Invoice on Softinn PMS.
Follow the guidelines below:
Create a Reservation on Softinn PMS
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet: https://booking.mysoftinn.com/
Step 2 : Select the right property
Step 3 : Click on your email ID on the top right of the page.
Step 4 : Click “Go to PMS”. You will be automatically logged-in to Softinn PMS.
Step 5 : Click “Reservation”.
Step 6 : Add a new Reservation for your Guest. A new Reservation Tab is opened for you to create a new Reservation. Proceed to add Room Booking, Guests and Charges details for the Reservation.
Step 7 : Click “Save Reservation”. A new Reservation is now created.
PART 1 : How to Generate, Print & Email Receipt
Step 1 : At the Reservation page, get the Reservation you’ve added & Check-In the guest.
Step 2 : Click “Guest Folio” to generate Receipt at the Folio page.
Step 3 : Add Payment to the Reservation. Insert Payment Amount & Payment Details and click “Save Payment”.
Step 4 : Click “Generate Receipt”.
Step 5 : Select transactions you want to be in the Receipt and click “Generate Receipt”.
- Receipt is generated in a new tab. You can view, download or print it straightaway.
Step 6 : At the Folio page, click “Receipt List” to Print or Send Receipt to Guest.
Step 7 : Click “Printer” icon to print Receipt.
Step 8 : Click “Send Arrow” icon to Email Receipt to Guest.
- Guest’s email is autofilled if you’ve recorded it while adding Reservation.
- Proceed to Send the Receipt.
PART 2 : How to Generate, Print & Email Invoice
Step 1 : At the Reservation page, get the right Reservation and Check-Out the guest.
Step 2 : Click “Guest Folio” to generate Invoice at the Folio page.
Step 3 : At Folio page, click “Generate Invoice”.
- Invoice is generated in a new tab. You can view, download or print it straightaway.
Step 4 : Click “Regenerate Invoice” to Print or Send Invoice to Guest.
Step 5 : Click “Print Invoice” to print Invoice.
Step 6 : Click “Send Invoice” to Email Invoice to Guest. Check that the guest’s email is correct. Proceed to Send the Invoice.
