Hello Softinn PMS user!

Guest Folio records every transaction incurred by your hotel guest while he/she is staying in your hotel. Hotel could email the Guest Folio to the guest from  Softinn PMS, when needed.

Steps to Email Guest Folio on Softinn PMS :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “Reservation”

Step 4 : To email the folio to the guest, click “Folio” icon

Step 5 : To email the folio to the guest, go to the “Arrow” beside the “Print Folio” button

Step 6 : Click “Email Folio” button

Step 7 : Insert the folio recipient’s email address

Step 8 : Click “Yes, Send!” button
