Every Reservation No. on Softinn PMS is unique. You can read what date and time a booking was made from Reservation No.

Steps to Read & Interpret a Reservation Number in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “Reservation”

Step 4 : You will see the Reservation No. column.

For Example: P2103310346D-000073
P
21: for Year 2021
03: for Month of March
31: for Date of 31st
0346: means 3:46am UTC time, a.k.a 11:36am Malaysian Time (UTC +8 hours)
D : random alphabet auto-generated by the system
000073 : Sequential numbers generated by the system
