Hello Softinn Booking Engine & Softinn PMS user!
This video is applicable to Softinn PRO Plan user (PMS + BE) who collects booking payment manually for booking received from Softinn booking engine.
Now, you can manage your booking requests in Softinn PMS 🙂
Here are what you can do:
- Update the status of the booking requests
- Leave remarks on the booking details
- Cancel or Confirm a booking request
- Create a reservation & assign a room to the confirmed booking request in PMS

Manage Booking Request (BR) Received from Softinn Booking Engine in Softinn PMS :
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Go to “Reservation“
Step 4 : Click “Assign Room (Softinn Booking Only)“
Step 5 : You shall see the booking request on “Requested” status in red color
Step 6 : You could click “Update Booking” button
Step 7 : If you have contacted the guest but she is still considering, you can tick on “Contacted guest” and insert the remarks, if any. Then, the booking status will be updated to “Contacted” in orange color
Step 8 : If the guest confirmed not to proceed with the BR, you could click “Cancel Booking” button
Step 9 : If the guest confirmed the BR, proceed to click the “Update Booking” button and tick on “Guest confirmed booking”
Step 10 : The booking status has been updated to “Confirmed” in green color
Step 11 : Click “Create Reservation” button to create the reservation
Step 12 : The reservation will be auto created and you will need to assign Room No. for the reservation only
Note :
- On the Softinn Extranet “Calendar” page, the quantity of the room no. will be reduced by 1 and the booking will be updated as PMS Sales
