Steps to Get Receipt / Invoice for Your Booking:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to your email & look for the “PAID” booking confirmation email that we sent to you right after you have made the payment.
Step 2 : On the email, scroll to the bottom and click on “Request Receipt / Invoice”
Step 3 : You can edit the name, billing address and email of the receipt. Fill in the billing address if needed, otherwise you may just leave it blank.
Step 4 : After you have confirmed the details of email, click “ Generate Receipt (PDF)”. A “DONE!” message will appear on the screen. This means that you are downloading the receipt. Click “OK”.
Step 5 : The receipt would be downloaded to your laptop. You can have a view of your receipt / invoice.
**NOTE: You can request for receipt / invoice in your booking confirmation email only AFTER you have checked out.
