Hello Softinn PMS user!
In Softinn PMS, you could generate guest Sign-In Form directly from the system. Thus, you could save time without needed to fill in the Sign-In Form manually.

Steps to Generate Guest Sign-In Form in Softinn PMS :
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Click ‘Reservation‘
Step 4 : Click ‘Edit‘ button to update the guest details in Reservation page
- You could update the guest no, email address & other related details
Step 5 : Add the guest vehicle no. on the ‘Remarks‘ column
Step 6 : Once done, click ‘Save Reservation‘
Step 7 : Click ‘Go to Guest Folio‘
Step 8 : Click ‘Add Payment‘, if the guest has made the payment to the Hotel
Step 9 : Click ‘Check-in‘ to check-in the guest
Step 10 : Go back to ‘Reservation‘ page
Step 11 : Click ‘Form‘ button to generate Sign-In Form
Step 12 : Select the correct Sign-In Form template, for example : Sign-In Form with Room Charges Details
Step 13 : Check all the details on Guest Information, Stay Information, Current Charges & Payment to ensure all the details are correct
Step 14 : Insert the guest body temperature
Step 15 : Click ‘Generate‘ to generate Sign-In Form
You could print it out and get the guest signature! 🙂
Note :
- Once the reservation status is ‘Check-out’, you’ll not be able to generate the Sign-In Form anymore
- Sign-In Form will be grey out and is not clickable
- However, Hotel Supervisor / Hotel Manager with the right access would be able to ‘reinstate’ the reservation and generate the Sign-In Form for that reservation again
