Hello Softinn PMS user! Using Softinn PMS you could manage housekeeping tasks for your rooms.

Imagine you are a housekeeping manager of the hotel. One of your responsibilities is to assign the housekeeping tasks to the housekeepers to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. In order to manage the tasks more easily to the housekeepers, you need a module to assign the tasks.

With the “Housekeeping” module, you can assign housekeeping tasks to your housekeepers. But first, you have to invite your housekeepers to Softinn PMS.

Steps to Invite Housekeeper to Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click “Setup”

Step 4 : Click “Housekeeping”

Step 5 : Click “Housekeeper”

Step 6 : Click “Add Housekeeper” and Insert the housekeeper’s information

Step 7 : Click “Save Changes” 

The housekeeper’s information will be listed on the Housekeeper List. The housekeeper had been invited into Softinn PMS for accessing the housekeeping tasks. 

Steps to Login for Housekeeper to Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Check their email inbox and open on the email received

Step 2 : Click “Login here” to Softinn PMS

Step 3 : Insert the email address and password that stated in the email

If the housekeepers found a lost item in the hotel area, they can click “Lost and Found” to report it.

Steps to Assign Tasks to Housekeepers in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Click “HOUSEKEEPING”

Step 3 : Click “Housekeeping”

Step 4 : Click “Add Cleaning Task” and Select the information

Step 5 : Click “Save Changes”

The housekeeper can track their previous tasks in Softinn PMS:

Step 1 : Go to “Menu” bar

Step 2 : Click “Subuser Profile”

What if the housekeepers forgot the password? There are TWO options to reset the password. 

Steps to Reset Password for Housekeepers in Softinn PMS:

FIRST Option: Housekeeping Manager can help the housekeepers to reset the password in Softinn PMS

Step 1 : Click “Housekeeper” setting in Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Click “Reset Password” icon

For the housekeeper: 

Step 1 : Check their email inbox and Click on the email received

Step 2 : Click “Login here” to Softinn PMS

Step 3 : Insert the new password

SECOND Option: The housekeepers reset the password by themselves in Softinn PMS

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS Login Page

Step 2 : Click “Forgot Password?” 

Step 3 : Check their email inbox and Click on the email received

Step 4 : Click “Login here” to Softinn PMS

Step 5 : Insert the new password
